Mark came to the United States in 1999 and in addition to being an (ACII) Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute in London, UK, he is also a (CIC) Certified Insurance Counselor.
James St. Jean
President & CTO
A repeat entrepreneur who has worked in the CRM and marketing sector for over 18 years. Jim was previously Executive Director and VP of Worldwide Engineering for Meltwater, where he led a team of over 300 employees across the globe. Prior to that he was the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of JitterJam, a NH SaaS based social CRM and marketing platform. Jim also held senior executive positions at Chordiant Software and Vantive Corporation.
Richard V Lowney
Started his computer software career in the U.S. Army and is a seasoned software businessman and, founder of Clearview Software International with over 30 years of experience. He is the current President of the Alliance of the Boys and Girls Clubs in NH and past President of NH International Trade Association. He is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University with an advanced degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Information Systems.
Chief Financial Officer
Dan has extensive financial and accounting experience working as a CFO for multiple entrepreneurial companies. He began his career as an Audit Manager with Ernst & Young specializing in the technology, communications and entertainment industry. He is a graduate of the College of William & Mary with an accounting degree and earned his CPA in 2003.
Chief Marketing Officer
Brings over 20 years of experience with high-tech startups, managing both national and international direct and indirect sales organizations. Mary spent over 15 years with SoftLanding Systems in various positions in sales, marketing and customer service. Prior to miEdge, Mary held the position of Director of Business Development with Clearview Software, and Marketing Manager with Glacier Computer. She is a former member of the National Leadership Council for Trout Unlimited.
Darin S Vick
Chief Sales Officer
Brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry to the miEdge team. Former VP of National Accounts at Prospx, and CEO of USI Northwest, Darin has served in leadership roles to launch several technology firms including Succeed Management Solutions, which developed a Web-based risk management center offered to brokers and carriers. He is also the past President of the Oregon Association of Health Underwriters.
With over a decade of technical expertise in data analysis and management, Bridget ensures the continued high-standards and quality for all miEdge data sets. Prior to joining miEdge, she was a system analyst at Fidelity Investments and managed both Waterfall and Agile project life cycle methodologies.
Director of Finance and Operations
Patty brings over 10 years of experience managing general operations and financials. Prior to joining miEdge, Patty worked with telecommunications, software and tax compliance companies, managing all aspects of growth along with implementation of processes and best practices. Her diverse background and knowledge has been instrumental to the continued growth of miEdge.
Andrew F Dillman
CEBS – VP of Business Development
Former Insurance Broker who dedicates his career to the insurance industry. He started as an underwriter with State Mutual, became a carrier representative with Mutual of Omaha, and was the Director of Employee Benefits at The Sadler Insurance Agency. He is a member & Past President of the NH Association of Health Underwriters.
Vice President National Accounts
Chris started his career as a Regional Sales Manager at Consolidated Group Trust (CGT) in several markets around the country, finally landing in NY and ran the New York City sales team at CGT. He was then Sales Director at Prudential HealthCare for the New York City market. Next he was instrumental in the initial development and successful distribution of OnlineBenefits’ Benergy portal as Director of National Partnerships. In 2009 Chris joined bswift as Vice President of Sales, developing large strategic reseller partnerships. Chris most recently spent five years at Liazon, the industry leading private exchange and was charged with developing and growing the broker distribution channel.
Jeff is a Sales Executive helping his clients and prospective clients learn more about the miEdge Products. He has helped Insurance Brokers and Insurance Carriers all across the United States. Before joining miEdge Jeff spent most of his career in the military proudly serving our country, and also in construction, as well as coaching football at both Youth and College D2 Level. Outside of miEdge, Jeff has a deep passion for the game of football, traveling, sailing and spending time with his family.
Julie joined miEdge at the beginning of 2018, her background in sales stems from a passion of working with customers, understanding their needs and providing a solution. Julie brings her zest for cutting edge technology in helping our clients navigate the miEdge Platforms. Julie stays busy outside of miEdge, by hiking in the white mountains with her dog, Cooper, traveling and spending time with her family.
Kevin brings an extensive background in Health and Welfare 5500 consulting and compliance, along with an affinity for technology. In his previous position he extensively utilized miEdge for both prospecting and research. In his free time, he enjoys rock climbing, rooting for the Trail Blazers, and spending quality time with family and friends.
Debbie has extensive experience in the Insurance industry with over 15 years as a Licensed Sales Producer with a large national agency. She is passionate about helping insurance professionals overcome prospecting obstacles and improve their revenues with miEdge. Debbie enjoys the outdoors such as camping, hunting and fishing, with her family and her three dogs.
Brings over 12 years of experience in sales and leadership positions, including several years helping customers evaluate and implement solutions for information security, website optimization, data analytics, business process automation, CRM and sales, service and marketing automation. Prior to starting his sales career, Jonathon was a combat medic in the U.S. Army 10th Mountain Division (LI) completing multiple combat tours. When he isn’t helping clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife Lindsey and black lab Rocky.
